I started my career in accountancy over 20 years ago and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1997. My philosophy is to develop a close business relationship with all my clients and thus help them see their business grow and develop. I take great pride in giving excellent service and building up a partnership with those clients.
My responsibilities within RDG Accounting are to ensure that the accounts and tax work we do is produced to the highest standard and in the best interests of my clients. After all my clients are my business, I get great satisfaction from being able to save my clients money.
Currently I am the president of the local ACCA panel and also involved in local clubs and charities; I am married and live in Long Eaton Nottinghamshire.
I take care of the Client Management side of the practice, and oversee the marketing and business management. My career in accountancy began after graduating and I now have over 19 years experience in industry. I moved into export sales and manufacturing and have since worked in retailing and more recently in the charity sector.
What I have learnt throughout my career is the importance of giving accurate information in a timely manner and providing excellent customer service.
I work closely with every client to ensure we understand their business and what they need from us. This enables us to build strong long term relationships with our clients.
On a personal level, I enjoy getting involved with my local community in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire and am married with three children.
