Director
Russell's career began at a Top 10 accountancy firm, where he trained and qualified, gaining invaluable experience across diverse business sectors. He established RDG Accounting in 2006 and in 2009 was joined by Katrina. As an ACCA and AAT qualified accountant, Russell specializes in providing strategic advice, focusing on helping clients maximize their profitability and efficiently improve their business performance.
Katrina Turton
Director
Katrina graduated with a 2:1 degree from the University of Kent before pursuing her accounting qualifications. She brings deep operational knowledge gained from working in the retail, manufacturing, and charity sectors. Joining RDG Accounting in 2009, she specializes in empowering business owners to effectively manage their finances. Her key focus is on ensuring clients understand the importance of cash flow and leveraging modern bookkeeping software for optimal control.
Zoe Bishop MCCA
Accounts and VAT manager
Zoe is a proactive and highly enthusiastic accountant who qualified as an ACCA member in 2023. She provides specialized support in key areas of business strategy, including detailed management accounts, forecasting cash flows, and general business advisory work. Zoe is particularly adept at helping clients identify opportunities to save Corporation Tax and improve their financial performance.
Kelly Halliday FCCA
Tax Manager
Kelly is a highly experienced FCCA (Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants,) who has specialized in Personal Tax since 2017. Her robust background in general accounts allows her to understand all aspects of a client's financial affairs, ensuring she provides well-rounded and practical advice. Kelly excels at helping clients maximize their allowances and find smart, efficient ways to reduce tax liabilities. She is dedicated to making complex tax rules feel less daunting and more empowering.
Francesca Neail
Client Manager and Bookkeeper
Fran is dedicated to modernizing client finances. With practical experience in sectors such as construction and events, and a background as a Purchase Ledger Clerk, she understands the operational needs of businesses. Fran is currently pursuing her AAT qualifications. She loves leveraging the latest software and technology to help clients optimize their automations and provides reliable assistance with their bookkeeping and VAT submissions.
Danica Revitt
Accounts Office Administrator
Danica brings exceptional customer service skills to the team, having joined us from a large solicitors practice. She is essential to our operations, managing all Company Secretarial work for clients. Furthermore, drawing on her experience helping to run her husband’s plastering business, she also assists clients with practical bookkeeping support.
