From the start RDG were friendly and welcoming

Having had a very bad experience with a previous firm and on the hunt for a new accountant, Amanda stumbled across our website and straight away thought we seemed very personable and friendly. She didn’t want a big corporate firm, being a small growing business, she wanted an accountant who she could trust and could easily speak to. After chuckling at the team’s likes and dislikes, she picked up the phone and spoke to us. We knew her worries, but after speaking we soon put her mind at rest.

Looking after her accounts so she can focus on the more important areas of her business - growing it!

We take care of Amanda’s accounting, including everything from the end of year books to her tax affairs. Leaving this to us, enables Amanda to concentrate on the more important areas of the business and gives her the time she needs to grow her brand.

We understand and take care of her needs as a small business. Any question or query that Amanda has, she knows that she can easily pick up the phone and speak to one of the team, and get the help or advice she is after.

“The team at RDG Accounting are always very friendly and helpful. I have full confidence in them and know me and my business are in very safe hands. No matter what question I have, the team will always give me the advice I need. I would definitely recommend!"

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would like to say how helpful Caroline / Payroll - has been to me
recently with some tricky requests, and sorry to see her go - but wish her all the best in her new venture. However, it goes without saying that all the staff are very cheerful and helpful.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Russell was incredibly helpful from the very start. I had left it a bit late to submit my accounts, and wasn't really sure what to do for my first year! Russell talked me through it all step by step, and was always so prompt at answering any questions I had. I will be using RDG Accounting going forward and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Russell and his team.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We love the personal service we get with RDG and their response time is outstanding. We never feel or are made to feel stupid even when we ask the most obvious of questions and they genuinely treat even our small business like we are the most important client on the planet.

This is what accountancy should be like.
