About me
I have been a dedicated Partner at RDG Accounting since 2009, specializing in advising clients on business tax, strategic accounts, and cash flow planning.
Diverse Business Background
My comprehensive business background is rooted in years of hands-on experience across multiple sectors. Prior to joining RDG, I worked for a national charity, spent several years in merchandising for a large national retailer, and gained extensive experience with Midlands-based manufacturing companies in export sales, customer service, and stock management. This broad exposure to problem-solving in a production background and various customer-facing roles gives me a unique, holistic view of client operations.
Joining RDG Accounting
After training in accountancy following university, I joined Russell as a Partner to help grow the practice and implement new systems and procedures to ensure we deliver excellent services. I genuinely enjoy working alongside clients, simplifying their accounts and profits, and showing them how to achieve their ideal work-life balance.
